NEW YORK, NEW YORK
epresented Artist 2014-2016
I like the artists of the turn of the 20th century, Moorish art, Native American, Tibetan, African art, and Japanese art as well as Renaissance are influences. I love the subconscious and psychological and translating ideas through those symbols. Reflecting what the trends are like Jackson Pollock whose splatter paintings were all the rage back then in fabrics, jewelry, graphics in the fifties leads way to becoming a trendsetter. Today, computer programs in textiles are the new Jackson Pollock. I also like working like modern composers in music work. I have tables lined up kind of like an xylophone or avant garde drums."
